Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 June 2026
This policy explains what data konstitucijostestas.lt collects, why, and how it is handled. We keep this short and honest — we only collect what the service needs to work.
Who we are
konstitucijostestas.lt is an independent study tool for the Constitution of Lithuania. We are not affiliated with any government body. For privacy questions, contact us at the email below.
What we collect
- Your email address — used to sign you in via a magic link and to send essential account emails.
- A nickname — generated automatically, editable by you, and shown on the leaderboard.
- Your learning activity — practice answers, exam attempts, spaced-repetition progress, XP and streaks.
- Payment status — whether you have purchased full access, and a Stripe customer reference.
What we do NOT collect
We do not ask for or store passwords, and we never see or store your card details. We do not run advertising, we do not use third-party tracking or analytics cookies, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay, your card details go directly to Stripe and are never sent to or stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded and a customer reference. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
We send sign-in (magic) links and essential account messages. Email delivery is handled by our email provider. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Where your data is stored
Your account and progress are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on EU-based infrastructure (Neon). Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and progress for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion at any time (see below), after which your personal data is removed.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated by email where appropriate.
